WHAT HAPPENED?

On April 27, 2025, Masimo identified unauthorized activity within its on-premise network.1 In response, Masimo launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. As a result of the incident, Masimo’s manufacturing facilities have been operating at less than normal levels, and its’s ability to process, fulfill, and ship customer orders timely has been temporarily impacted.1 On May 6, 2025, Masimo reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of May 12, 2025, Masimo’s investigation is ongoing and further details have not been made publicly available by Masimo.
