Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings, LLC (“CSTH”) regarding its recent data breach. The CSTH data breach may have involved sensitive personal information and protected health information belonging to an unknown number of individuals.

CSTH is a specialty vehicle manufacturer based in Kentucky. As the parent company of Continental Mixers, E-Z Pack Trucks, One Source Parts, and Dynamic Towing and Manufacturing, CSTH is a producer of truck bodies and related aftermarket parts.2 Founded in 2014, CSTH manufactures products for the challenging operator environments of the ready-mix concrete and refuse industries.2 Headquartered in Cynthiana, Kentucky, CSTH operates two manufacturing locations and employs over 200 individuals.3  

WHAT HAPPENED?

On February 13, 2025, CSTH reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of February 13, 2025, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by CSTH. While not much is known about the breach, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
