L&B Transport Data Breach Investigation

WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 12, 2024, L&B Transport reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of November 13, 2024, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by L&B Transport. While not much is known about the breach, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number

 

As a result of the data breach, L&B Transport has provided notice to impacted individuals. A link to the breach report filed by the Attorney General of Texas is below.
