On October 9, 2024, HCSG identified a cybersecurity incident, which involved unauthorized activity within some of its systems.1 In response, HCSG activated its Cybersecurity Incident Response Process to investigate such activity with the assistance of leading third-party cybersecurity experts.1 Additionally, HCSG notified law enforcement authorities.1 On October 16, 2024, HCSG reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of October 17, 2024, HCSG investigation is ongoing and further details have not been made publicly available by HCSG.
