WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Employer Flexible discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Employer Flexible determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information through the myHR web-based application on or around May 23, 2024. On July 17, 2024, Employer Flexible began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of personal information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Health insurance information
