WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, HFM discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, HFM determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information through an employee’s email account on or around February 6, 2024. On June 24, 2024, HFM began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
