WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Vocality Community Credit Union discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Vocality Community Credit Union determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through a company email account between October 12 and October 19, 2022. On March 2, 2023, Vocality Community Credit Union began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Financial account number
