WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 2, 2023, the National Center for Construction Education and Research discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, the National Center for Construction Education and Research determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on January 26, 2023 through a phishing attack.
