WHAT HAPPENED?

According to official federal and state filings, CHRISTUS Spohn Health System discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its system may have been accessed. In early July 2022, CHRISTUS Spohn Health System began notifying patients whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
