WHAT HAPPENED?

On May 12, 2024, K&S detected that there were unauthorized access attempts into its network and servers.1 In response, K&S began an investigation to determine the nature of scope of the incident. On May 28, 2024, K&S reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of June 13, 2024, whether personal information has been exposed has not been made publicly available by K&S.
