WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 23, 2021, R.R. Donnelley & Sons discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, R.R. Donnelley & Sons determined that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to this sensitive information on November 29, 2021. On August 10, 2022, R.R. Donnelley & Sons began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
