Recently, Columbia River Mental Health Services discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Columbia River Mental Health Services determined that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to this sensitive information between May 14, 2021, and April 8, 2022. On August 8, 2022, Columbia River Mental Health Services began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The exact type of personal information has not yet been disclosed publicly by Columbia River Mental Health Services.
