WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Work Health Solutions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Work Health Solutions determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee email account between February 16 and March 24, 2022. On November 9, 2022, Work Health Solutions began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information impacted includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
