NSI Industries Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating NSI Industries, LLC (“NSI”) regarding its recent data breach. The NSI data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to an undetermined number of individuals.

ABOUT NSI INDUSTRIES, LLC:

NSI is an electrical, appliance, and HVAC manufacturer based in North Carolina. WHAT HAPPENED?

In October 2023, NSI discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired.  Through its investigation, NSI determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information between October 11 and October 15, 2023. On May 28, 2024, NSI began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • HR information
