WHAT HAPPENED?

On or about May 29, 2023, Mountain View Hospital discovered that it had experienced a cybersecurity incident in which sensitive information in its systems may have been accessed. Mountain View Hospital is continuing its investigation of the cybersecurity incident. While much information is still unknown about the breach, on May 30, 2023, Mountain View Hospital posted a notice of the breach on its website, which states that it is conducting an extensive investigation with assistance from outside experts and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
