Recently, Columbus Regional Healthcare System discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Columbus Regional Healthcare System determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this information between May 19, and May 21, 2023. On January 19, 2024, Columbus Regional Healthcare System began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
