WHAT HAPPENED?
On April 16, 2023, Parker Wellbore discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Parker Wellbore determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack between April 10 and April 16, 2023. On June 16, 2023, Parker Wellbore began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Driver’s license number
- Direct deposit information
- Health insurance plan enrollment information
