Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating UnitedLex Corporation regarding its recent data breach. The UnitedLex data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to over 7,600 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 6, 2023, UnitedLex discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, UnitedLex determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information on March 2, 2023. On July 12, 2023, UnitedLex began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Financial account number
  • Benefits information
