WHAT HAPPENED?

Through its investigation, Brazee & Huban determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or about November 17, 2023. On February 20, 2024, Brazee & Huban began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The exact type of personal information potentially exposed has not been made publicly available. However, according to state reporting guidelines, “personal information” can include the following types of information:

  • Driver’s license or state ID number
  • Account number, credit or debit card number
