Rosen’s Diversified Inc. Data Breach Investigation

Today, Rosen’s Diversified, Inc. has grown into a holding of vertically integrated business united, including: American Foods Group, one of the largest beef producers in the United States; America’s Service Line, the private fleet for American Foods Group; Scientific Life Solutions, a premium supplier of critical components to bioresearch; and Rosen’s Inc., a provider of complete line of major brand crop protection products.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On December 28, 2023, Rosen’s discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Rosen’s determined that an unknown actor may have accessed this sensitive information between November 21 and November 29, 2023. Recently, Rosen’s began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Health insurance identification number
