WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 16, 2022, Concord discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Concord determined that an unknown actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information between November 14 and November 18, 2022. On February 1, 2024, Concord began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
