WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 14, 2023, Ben E. Keith discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Ben E. Keith determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between March 3 and March 5, 2023. On October 26, 2023, Ben E. Keith began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
