Headquartered in Long Beach, California, Delta Pipeline has an additional location in Gilbert, Arizona, and employs over 50 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Delta Pipeline discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Delta Pipeline determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information on February 26, 2024. On March 25, 2024, Delta Pipeline began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Email address
  • Signature
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
