WHAT HAPPENED?

On April 3, 2023, Golden Key Title Services discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Golden Key Title Services determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee’s email account. On November 9, 2023, Golden Key Title Services began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
