WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 11, 2023, Franklin Mutual Insurance Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Franklin Mutual Insurance Group determined that an unauthorized actor remotely accessed and obtained this sensitive personal information and posted it online.
