WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 16, 2026, CareCloud experienced a temporary network disruption in its CareCloud Health division that partially impacted the functionality and data access to one of its six electronic health record environments for approximately 8 hours.1 In response, CareCloud launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. During the initial stages of its investigation, CareCloud reported that it believed that the incident was caused by an unauthorized third party who temporarily had access to the system.1 On March 24, 2026, CareCloud reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of March 30, 2026, CareCloud’s investigation is ongoing and further details have not been made publicly available by CareCloud.
