Clement Manor Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Clement Manor regarding its recent data breach. The Clement Manor data breach involved sensitive personal information belonging to over 16,000 individuals.

ABOUT CLEMENT MANOR:

Clement Manor is a senior living and healthcare organization based in Wisconsin. Founded in 1982, Clement Manor operates a senior living community that offers residents with a range of living options and healthcare services, including independent and assisted living, respite, short-term rehab, nursing, memory care suites, classes, fitness centers and pools, faith services, dining options, and more.2,3 Headquartered in Greenfield, Wisconsin, Clement Manor employs over 200 individuals.2

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Clement Manor reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, Clement Manor experienced a network disruption.1 As a result, Clement Manor launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.

Through its investigation, Clement Manor confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized third party on or around April 14, 2025. As a result, Clement Manor began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:4

  • Name
  • Social Security number

 

On March 3, 2026, Clement Manor began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the breach notice sent to Massachusetts residents, Clement Manor is providing affected individuals with a list of the specific types of sensitive information impacted and complimentary credit monitoring services.
