According to the breach notice, on February 20, 2026, Neil I. Sidi discovered that it experienced a security incident that occurred in late January 2026 and impacted a portion of its network.1 As a result, Neil I. Sidi launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Neil I. Sidi confirmed that sensitive personal information in its network may have been compromised by an unauthorized third party during the breach. As a result, Neil I. Sidi began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Financial information
- Health insurance information
On March 13, 2026, Neil I. Sidi began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the breach notice sent to Maine residents, Neil I.
