WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 11, 2026, Stryker identified a cybersecurity incident affecting certain information technology systems that has resulted in a global disruption of its Microsoft environment.1 In response, Stryker launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. During the initial stages of its investigation, Stryker expects the incident to continue to cause disruptions and limitation of access to certain of its information systems and business applications supporting aspects of Stryker’s operations and corporate fucntion.1 On March 11, 2026, Stryker reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of March 13, 2025, Stryker’s investigation is ongoing and further details have not been made publicly available by Stryker.
