WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, MHS announced that it had experienced a cybersecurity event in which an unauthorized third party gained access to certain files within its network. As a result, MHS launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. Through its ongoing investigation, MHS has confirmed that certain information in its systems was accessed or acquired by an unauthorized third party between July and August of 2025. As a result, MHS began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected.
