WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, SitusAMC announced that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice shared on its website, on November 12, 2025, SitusAMC became aware of an incident that it has determined resulted in certain information from its system being compromised.1 As a result, SitusAMC launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident. Through its ongoing investigation, SitusAMC has confirmed that information in its systems related to clients and client customers may have been impacted. As of November 24, 2025, the exact type of personal information potentially exposed has not been made publicly available by SitusAMC.

On November 22, 2025, SitusAMC posted notice of the data breach to its website. Additionally, SitusAMC began distributing data breach notification letters to impacted clients. A link to the website breach notice is below.
