According to the breach notice, Antigo Construction learned that certain devices in its network were unavailable.1 As a result, Antigo Construction launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.

Through its investigation, Antigo Construction confirmed that sensitive personal information and protected health information in its network may have been accessed and/or acquired by an unauthorized third party between June 1 and June 11, 2025. As a result, Antigo Construction began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Tax identification number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial account number
  • Health insurance information

As a result of the breach, Antigo Construction began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
