WHAT HAPPENED?
On June 21, 2025, 32 Pearls announced that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, on May 22, 2025, 32 Pearls discovered that an unauthorized actor gained access to its systems and may have viewed or accessed specific files.1 As a result, 32 Pearls launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, 32 Pearls confirmed that its systems were accessed between May 19 and May 22, 2025. As a result, 32 Pearls began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Address
- Medical information
