WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Brodsky Renehan Pearlstein & Bouquet announced that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. According to the breach notice it posted on its website, Brodsky Renehan Pearlstein & Bouquet became aware of suspicious activity within its network on November 29, 2024. 1 As a result, Brodsky Renehan Pearlstein & Bouquet launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
