WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Oldman, Sallus & Gold reported to the Attorney General of New Hampshire that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, in August 2024, Oldman, Sallus & Gold became aware of suspicious activity involving an employee email account.1 As a result, Oldman, Sallus & Gold launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Oldman, Sallus & Gold confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party through an employee’s email account between January 12, 2024, and April 16, 2024. As a result, Oldman, Sallus & Gold began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. On April 8, 2025, Oldman, Sallus & Gold completed this review. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

On June 10, 2025, Oldman, Sallus & Gold began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
