WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Mike Keith Insurance reported to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been compromised. According to the breach notice, on July 10, 2024, Mike Keith Insurance became aware of technical issues related to its server.1 As a result, Mike Keith Insurance launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.

On March 3, 2025, Mike Keith Insurance began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
