WHAT HAPPENED?

According to the breach notice, on June 25, 2024, Minyard Morris observed unusual activity on its computer network.1 As a result, Minyard Morris launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Minyard Morris confirmed that sensitive personal information in its systems may have been compromised by an unauthorized third party between June 16 and June 25, 2024. As a result, Minyard Morris began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Passport number
- Taxpayer ID number
- Financial account information
- Medical treatment/health insurance information
On April 15, 2025, Minyard Morris posted a notice of the incident on its website. Additionally, on the same day, Minyard Morris began sending breach notification letters to impacted individuals.
