WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Jonti-Craft reported to the Attorney General of New Hampshire that the sensitive personal identifiable information in its care may have been accessed and acquired. According to the breach notice, on October 18, 2024, Jonti-Craft discovered that it had experienced a data security incident.1 As a result, Jonti-Craft launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, on February 27, 2025, Jonti-Craft confirmed that sensitive personal information in certain files in its network may have been compromised by an unauthorized third party during the breach. As a result, Jonti-Craft began a review of the data to determine what information had been impacted as well as identify the specific individuals affected. While the information impacted varies depending on the individual, the type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
On March 5, 2025, Jonti-Craft began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals. Based on the breach notices provided to New Hampshire residents, Jonti-Craft is providing affected individuals with a list of the information impacted and complimentary credit monitoring services.
