WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Keesal, Young & Logan announced that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. According to the breach notice, on or around June 13, 2024, Keesal, Young & Logan identified suspicious activity in its network. As a result, Keesal, Young & Logan launched an investigation to determine the nature of the incident.
Through its investigation, Keesal, Young & Logan discovered that sensitive personal information may have been viewed and acquired by an unauthorized third party between June 7 and June 13, 2024.
