WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 22, 2024, Blue Yonder announced that it had experienced a cybersecurity incident. According to the breach notice posted on its website, on November 21, 2024, Blue Yonder experienced disruptions to its managed services hosted environment, which was determined to be the result of a ransomware incident.1 As of November 26, 2024, Blue Yonder’s systems have still not been restored and the investigation into the incident is ongoing. Additionally, Blue Yonder has not publicly disclosed the nature of the cybersecurity incident that impacted its systems.
