WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, iLE became aware of a cybersecurity incident that impacted its systems. In response, iLE activated its cybersecurity response plan to investigate the incident.1 During its investigation, iLE determined that a threat actor illegally accessed its environment and certain files on its network, misdirected a $250,000 wire payment, and deleted a number of email messages.1 On November 11, 2024, iLE reported the incident in a Form 8-K filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As of November 19, 2024, iLE’s investigation is ongoing and further details have not been made publicly available by iLE.
