On September 25, 2024, Adams Homes reported to the Attorney General of Texas that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As of September 25, 2024, details of the breach have not been made publicly available by Adams Homes. While not much is known about the breach, the type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Address
