WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, FPL Food discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, FPL Food determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information via a ransomware attack. On or around July 9, 2024, FPL Food began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Employee benefits information
