WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Satty & Partners discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Satty & Partners determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information through a Satty & Partners ShareFile account on February 27, 2024. As a result, Satty & Partners began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Contact information
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial account number and bank account information 
  • Income and other tax return information
