WHAT HAPPENED?

On May 25, 2024, RBA discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, RBA determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on April 29, 2024. On July 3, 2024, RBA began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Benefits information
