WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, JK Private Wealth discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, JK Private Wealth determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information though an employee’s email account on May 30, 2024. On July 5, 2024, JK Private Wealth began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license/ state identification number
  • Financial account information with a password/pin
