WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, ATPE discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, ATPE determined that an unauthorized third party accessed this sensitive information on February 12, 2024. On April 12, 2024, ATPE posted a notice of the incident on its website and on June 14, 2024, ATPE began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Address
- Drivers’ license number
- Date of birth
- Tax identification number
- Medical records
- Health insurance information
