WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 23, 2024, Panera discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its system may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Panera identified that there was unauthorized access to this sensitive information. Recently, Panera began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name;
  • Social Security number; and
  • Other employment information.
