WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, McKim & Creed discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed or acquired. Through its investigation, McKim & Creed determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information between December 15, 2023, and February 11, 2024. Recently, McKim & Creed began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
