WHAT HAPPENED?

On April 12, 2024, Form I-9 Compliance discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Form I-9 Compliance determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information on or about February 5, 2024. On May 31, 2024, Form I-9 Compliance began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
